General Description
ASDR Series pumps are single stage or two stages, double-suction or single-section, radially split casing, between-bearings, centerline-mounted,heavy duty process pumps.
The pumps are designed upon hard or heavy duty operating conditions, for conveying clean water or contaminated water containing slightly of solid particles, oil, liquefied gas, hydrocarbon etc.
Design Features
The pumps are radially split, one- and two-stage, between-bearings pumps be designated pump type BB2. (API610 BB2)
> Hydraulic design: Double or single suction, single or double stage, volute discharge casing, and spiral suction casing.
> Pump casing: Top discharge, top suction, nozzles load compliance with API 610, radially split, centerline- mounted. Casing cover distributed symmetrically.
> Flange: The suction and discharge nozzles with same pressure grade, are vertically arranged.
> Shaft seal: Various cartridge mechanical seals available, single, double or tandem mechanical seal with various API 682 auxiliary system. Camber dimension compliance with API 682. The shaft seal box could be cooled by water.
> Bearing housing: Oversized bearing housing with cooling plans made by cast steel, oil lubrication available.
> Shaft: Heavy duty shaft design and bearings support have heavy duty carrying capability. Sliding bearings or anti-friction bearings could be selected.
Operation Conditions
Fluid: Clean water or contaminated water containing slightly of solid particles, oil, liquefied gas, hydrocarbon etc. Maximum solids content of the liquid pumped 40mg/L, 80mg/L with intermittent operation.
> Working Temperature Range: -45ºC to 450ºC
When working temperature exceeds 80ºC,shall clarify clearly and in advance.
> Operating pressure:
PN5.0 MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN7.5 MPa

Materials (API610 Material Class)
Standard API610 material classes: S-4, S-5, S-6, C-6, A-7, A-8, D-1, D-2 etc. Other choices can be selected when agreed upon by both sides.
