Design Features

> Pump flange standard: ISO7005 or ASME B16.5.
> Bearings: Deep-groove ball bearings, lubricated by grease.
> The pump length: 0.5 m to 5 m.
> Apply unique no-clogging channel impeller structure, high sewage water pass ability. enable fibre materials with diameter five times as pump's and solids 50% of it.
> Shaft seal: Mechanical seal, it is made of new-type corrosion-proof rigid alloy material, can be operated in a long period of time in oil Room, making the pump work safely and continuously.
> Vertical structure, submersible in liquid while working, therefore easy to start, without any problem such as exhaust emptying and leakage.
> The overall structure design is rational, low-noise, outstanding in energy-saving, convenient in maintenance.
> Connected with motor by flexible coupling, the shaft's dimension is exquisite, ensuring the pump to run reliably, leaving sufficient safety factor.

Operation Conditions

> Working Temperature Range: -10ºC to 80ºC.
When working temperature exceeds 80ºC,shall clarify clearly and in advance.
