Product Description

General Description
EA End-suction single stage centrifugal pump is back-pull-out design, which allows disassembling the casing cover and rotary components without removing the pipeworks. The pumps comply with DIN24255 and EN733 standard.

Design Features
Horizontal volute casing pump, single-stage with bearing housing, in back pull-out design.
> Pump flange standard: DIN2501, ISO7005
> Bearings: Deep-groove ball bearings, lubricated by engine oil (Grease as option)
> Shaft seal: Mechanical seal to EN 12756 or gland packing (Gland packing as option)
> Coupling: The motor driven the pump through the flexibly coupling directly.
> The suction and discharge flange, the casing and pump foot are all cast to a whole.
> The pump casing, impeller and the pump cover are all made of cast iron or others, the shaft is made of high tensile steel, the sealing box is sealed by means of soft-packed or mechanical seal; the shaft sleeve is made of stainless steel, the support foot which is an auxiliary frame to the mounting frame is made of steel.

Fluid: Pure liquids not chemically or mechanically aggressive to the pump materials, Maximum solids content of the liquid pumped 40mg/L, 80mg/L with intermittent operation.
