General Description
HNL-B rigidly-coupled centrifugal pump is designed for the pumping of clear water or slightly contaminated liquids which do not contain solid particles (max.20 ppm).
The pump is a rigidly-coupled single-stage centrifugal pump with an axial suction and a vertical discharge, it is back-pull-out design, which allows disassembling the casing cover and rotary components without removing the pipeworks.
The pumps comply with DIN24255 and EN733 standard.
Design Features
The pump is rigidly coupled, foot-mounted, single-stage, end suction overhung pumps. Rigidly coupled pumps have their shaft rigidly coupled to the driver shaft.

> Compact design: Pump without separate coupling, which eliminates the need for coupling alignment.
> Service-friendly: Easier to assemble and dismantle thanks to the larger seal chamber and threaded holes for forcing screws between the casing cover and bearing bracket.
> Axial force balance: Most of the axial force balanced by the impeller balancing holes, while the residual axial force is borne by the motor bearings.
> Motor: IEC standard mounting flange (IM B5 or IM B35). Ability to freely choose brand SEIMENS, ABB, WEG, MARATHON etc.
> Except for casing and impeller, all the other parts had achieved modular designed and standardization of spare parts.
> Sustainable structure: Replaceable wear rings on the pump casing and/or pump cover.
> Low maintenance costs.
> High operating reliability.
