General Description
ZWII series pump is second generation high efficiency, energy-saving, self-priming and non-blocking sewage pump, a new product with novel structure designed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad, applicable to municipal sewage engineering, environmental protection, light industry, paper making, textile, food, chemical industry, electrical industry, fibers, dyes and mixed suspension and other chemical media.
The new design integrates self-priming and non-blocking sewage discharge together, axial flux external priming is adopted. After optimizing and redesigned the pump body and impeller, the efficiency of the pump is generally increased by more than 10% compared with the old ZW Self-priming sewage pump. The pump runs steadily and performances reliably, then achieve the effect of high efficiency and energy saving.
It can not only be like the general self-priming clean water pump without installation of bottom valves and water filling after the first time, but also can suck and drain liquids containing large particles of solid and long fiber.
Design Features
Horizontal installation, single-stage with bearing housing, double-layer pump casing with an inner vortex chamber. The lower part of the cavity formed by the inner and outer bodies is a liquid storage chamber, here has a reflux hole. The upper part is a gas-liquid separation chamber.
> Pump flange standard: ISO7005, ASME B16.5.
> Bearings: Deep-groove ball bearings, lubricated by grease.
> Shaft seal: Mechanical seal.
> Coupling: The motor driven the pump through the flexible coupling directly.
Operation Conditions
Fluid: Pure liquids or impure liquids containing large particles of solid and long fiber. The diameter of suspended particles can reach 60% diameter of the pump suction and the length of fibers reaches 5 times the diameter of the pump inlet.
> Working Temperature Range: 0ºC ~ 40ºC.
> Operating pressure:
PN1.0 MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN1.6MPa
> Medium PH value: cast iron PH 6~9, stainless steel PH 2~13.
> Medium specific gravity (SG): ≤ 1.24.
> The installation height should not exceed the self-priming head ( 4 ~ 5 meters ) , and the length of the suction tube should be less than 10 meters ( water temperature 20ºC, standard atmospheric pressure ).
