Product Description

General Description
HNL-I series pump is close-coupled, single-stage, single suction vertical in-line pump.
It is widely used for transporting clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, which do not contain solid particles. It is widely used in factories, mines, municipal water supply and drainage, fire water supply, and farmland drainage and irrigation.

Design Features
Monoblock / Closed-coupled in-line pumps, single-stage, single suction, vertical mounted.
> Pump flange standard: EN 1092, DIN2501, ISO7005, ASME B16.5.
> Hydraulic design: Excellent hydraulic models, the efficiency is 2~3% higher than the similar products, energy save and wide high efficiency area.
> Pump Nozzles: The suction and discharge nozzles have the same pressure grade and the same connection dimensions, they are arranged horizontally.
> The suction and discharge flange, the casing and pump foot all cast to a whole, runs more stable.
> Shaft seal: Single mechanical seal, Cartridge mechanical seal or others.
> Coupling: The pump shaft closed-coupled to the motor shaft directly thought a specially designed structure.
> Compact structure: Compared with the other single stage centrifugal pumps, the structure is more compact, it can save more than 50% area and cutdown more than 30% weight, save more cost of purchase and installation.
> Stable operation: Absolute concentricity of the pump shaft and excellent static & dynamic balance of impeller, ensures the pump operation stable at high speed with low vibration and low noise.
> Ease maintenance: No bearings on the pump side, simplified the structure, not need to maintenance.

Operation Conditions
Fluid: Pure liquids not chemically or mechanically aggressive to the pump materials, Maximum solids content of the liquid pumped 40mg/L, 80mg/L with intermittent operation.
> Working Temperature Range:  -15ºC to 85ºC.   
When working temperature exceeds 80ºC,shall clarify clearly and in advance.
> Operating pressure:
PN1.0 MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN1.6MPa
PN1.6 MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN2.4MPa (optional)

Motor Power Ratings
Motors shall have power ratings, including the service factor (if any), at least equal to the percentages of power at pump rated conditions given in the following table.
However, the power at rated conditions shall not exceed the motor nameplate rating. Where it appears that this procedure will lead to unnecessary oversizing of the motor, an alternative proposal shall be submitted for the purchaser's approval.
