General Description
AE End-suction foot-mounted, single-stage overhung pumps be designated pump type OH1 (API610 OH1).
The material of wet parts component is cast iron.

SE End-suction foot-mounted, single-stage overhung pumps be designated pump type OH1 (API610 OH1).
The material of wet parts component is stainless steel.

SEH End-suction centreline-mounted, single-stage overhung pumps be designated pump type OH2 (API61 OH2).
They have a single bearing housing to absorb all forces imposed upon the pump shaft and maintain rotor position during operation.
The pumps are mounted on a baseplate and are flexibly coupled to their drivers. 
The material of wet parts component is stainless steel.

Volute Casing
Horizontal volute casing pump, single-stage with bearing housing, in back pull-out design, and pump body with high head is designed with double volutes
Impeller
Closed type, excellent hydraulic model ensures high hydraulic efficiency, and precision casting make efficient and energy-saving operation, if necessary, the inducer be used to improve the necessary cavitation margin.
Shaft
Enhanced shaft designed, under the maximum load, ensure the deflection within the standard range to ensure the good operation of the shaft components, more stable operation of the pump, longer life of bearings and mechanical seal, reduce maintenance and maintenance costs.
Bearing housing
Heavy load design and large capacity oil chamber are adopted to ensure long-term reliable operation of bearings.
Maintenance-free sealed grease lubrication, or grease lubrication, or oil lubrication can be configured.

> AE, SE pump: Deep-groove ball bearings, lubricated by engine oil (Grease as option)
> SEH pump: Heavy duty bearings (Cylindrical roller bearing + Angular contact thrust bearings), lubricated by engine oil (Grease as option)
Shaft seal
> AE, SE pump: Mechanical seal to EN 12756
or gland packing (Gland packing as option) 
> SEH pump: Cartridge type balanced mechanical seal
Coupling
Flexible coupling with/without spacer sleeve. 
Contact Guard
Coupling guard as per EN 294
Baseplate
Sectional steel / folded steel plate, fabricated sectional steel for the complete unit (pump and motor) in torsion-resistant design.

Operation Conditions
Fluid: Pure liquids not chemically or mechanically aggressive to the pump materials, Maximum solids content of the liquid pumped 40mg/L, 80mg/L with intermittent operation.
> Working Temperature Range: -10ºC to +80ºC, to 110°C (optional), SHE pump up to 250°C.
When working temperature exceeds 80ºC,shall clarify clearly and in advance.
> Operating pressure:
PN1.0 MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN1.6 MPa
PN1.6 MPa - Hydrostatic test pressure = PN2.4 MPa (optional)
SHE pump up to 10 MPa.
